Yes, Good does exist!
Loving God. As we ponder the world and all its ills, places despoiled by violence, exploitation, injustice, We are bound to ask: Does good exist?
Healing God, As we read or watch the news, people downtrodden, humiliated and scarred, We are bound to ask: Does good exist?
Liberating God, As we see the earth and all its beauty threatened, Forests uprooted, fields built upon and rivers polluted, We are bound to ask: Does good exist?
Loving God Yes, God exists!
The empty Cross cries out with hope and joy, Jesus Christ died and rose again, Showing us a way to live.
So, let us rise with Christ to conquer the ills of the world, Bringing relief where there is distress, Peace where there is none, And joy beyond all joy.

FLOWERS IN CHURCH
There is a new Flower Rota on the wall in the kitchen. If you would like to place some flowers in church to mark a special Sunday, please enter your name on the appropriate date on the calendar.
If you are unable to actually go and buy those flowers and arrange them in church, then this can be done for you. Please speak to an Elder.
SHAW FOODBANK –
Is now independently run and not connected to Oldham Food Bank. It is run by Churches Together. We still need to support this movement as we usually do through our donations, which are very gratefully received.
FIRE DRILL
In the event of a fire will you please leave by the nearest safest exit and assemble outside the fencing on Kershaw Street or outside the gates on Rochdale Road.
