TOP FIVE CAROLS
On Sunday 14th December we are to have our Top Five Carol Service.
Your Entry Form, is in the notices, so, just fill it in with your favourite five carols and hand it back to Diane as quickly as possible please.
Dates for your Diary:
Sat 29th November – In Harmony Singers Entertain with selection of Christmas songs and popular songs. Tickets are £7 (no increase on last year’s price) Diane has the tickets from this week. Start your Christmas with familiar and older songs. Ask your friends and neighbours too.
Saturday 6th December – Carols and Coffee, 10am until noon. Come and listen to the school children. Small gifts please for the £1 parcel stall.
FLOWERS IN CHURCH
There is a new Flower Rota on the wall in the kitchen. If you would like to place some flowers in church to mark a special Sunday, please enter your name on the appropriate date on the calendar.
If you are unable to actually go and buy those flowers and arrange them in church, then this can be done for you. Please speak to an Elder.
Shaw Food Bank
They are urgently in need of all men’s toiletries: Deodorant, Shower Gel, Shaving cream, Razors.
FIRE DRILL
In the event of a fire will you please leave by the nearest safest exit and assemble outside the fencing on Kershaw Street or outside the gates on Rochdale Road.
Playhouse 2 Golden Oldies Cinema, starts at 1pm, £5 includes refreshments.
