for September – Stuart Taylor.
Umoja Course
Revd Darren Holland is running a course called Umoja on Zoom. Session will explore a theme centred on a Bible passage, drawing on learning and experience from the World Church. You may only want to do 1 session or do all 5. It doesn’t matter. Sessions take place fortnightly, the next is on Wednesday 14th October at, 2pm and repeated at 7pm.
Session 2 – How Jesus-shaped is my Church?
Session 3 – Following in the footsteps of Jesus
Session 4 – What can I bring him?
Session 5 – Everybody needs good neighbours.
Bible Studies
Revd Graham Tarn is hosting Bible Studies starting in October. Sessions will be on Zoom on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm and repeated on Thursday afternoons at 2pm. Sessions will look at larger chunks of the Bible and will require reading the passages /chapters before the study begins so that the time can be spent in discussion. The intention is for this to be a learning together experience rather than a ‘heavy duty’ study.
If you would like to be included, please let Hazel Price know. Hazel will need to know your email address so that the ID and password for the meeting can be sent to you. This is also the case for Revd Darren Holland’s course.

McMillan Coffee Morning
As we can’t have our usual Coffee Morning this year please help raise funds by making a donation or by putting 20p in a pot for each cup of tea or coffee you have this week. If you have a biscuit or a piece of cake with it put in 50p. All donations collected next Sunday.
Covid 19 App
You may have noticed some notices on the doors of the church which have a QR sign on. This is part of the NHS COVID 19 track and trace system. You will need the App on your phone (it’s the NHS COVID 19 App and is free to download). If you scan the QR sign into your phone it will be able to tell you whether anyone with coronavirus has reported that they have been in the building.
